Wild Canada Lynx Kitten in Northern Ontario, Canada. After having the opportunity to photograph a female Canada Lynx over the last two winters, it was an incredible feeling to discover she returned for a third winter with her two kittens!! I've had the pleasure to witness many moments that most people will never see...the female lynx grooming herself, running around playing when she was in heat, sleeping peacefully after choosing a spot within arms reach of me, stalking and hunting. Now I've also been able to see the kittens playing together and the family grooming each other. The fact that she accepts me in her presence is not something I ever take for granted and I realize that I will probably never have this type of bond with a wild animal again.
